These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at locana.agency and any services provided by Locana. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Locana provides Google Business Profile management, local SEO, and Google Ads management services for UK-based businesses. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and pricing are agreed in writing between Locana and each client prior to commencement.

3. Payment terms

• Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
• Annual plans are billed upfront and carry a 10% discount.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 14 days overdue.

4. Cancellation

Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time with 14 days’ written notice sent to office@locana.agency. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

Annual plans cancelled before the end of the term are refunded on a pro-rata basis minus any setup costs incurred.

5. Client responsibilities

To deliver the service, you agree to:

• Grant Locana manager access to your Google Business Profile (you retain ownership at all times).
• Provide accurate business information upon onboarding.
• Respond to any requests for approvals or materials within 5 business days.

6. Results and guarantees

We guarantee a minimum 50% increase in Google Business Profile views within 90 days of service commencement. If this is not achieved, we will extend the service by 30 days at no additional charge.

We do not guarantee specific positions in Google Search or Maps results, as these are determined by Google’s algorithms which are outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

All content created by Locana on behalf of a client (posts, photo captions, review responses) becomes the property of the client upon full payment for that month’s services.

8. Limitation of liability

Locana’s total liability to any client for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the client’s country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Active clients will be notified of material changes by email.
